š Shipping & Delivery Rates
Delivery charges are calculated based on destination state & total package weight:
* Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry: ā¹60 / kg
* Karnataka: ā¹130 / kg
* Kerala: ā¹150 / kg
* All Other States: ā¹160 / kg
š Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing support@kaapikudil.com. For damaged, wrong, or missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof. Approved refunds will be credited via Razorpay back to your original payment mode within 5-7 working days.
š Privacy Policy
We respect customer privacy. We collect Name, Phone, Email, and Shipping details solely for processing orders. Online payments are end-to-end encrypted via Razorpay. We do not store card details, UPI PINs, or sell personal data to third parties.
